Repeat medications

This form is for repeat prescriptions only
You must be a registered client of our practice, and we must have previously prescribed this medication for your pet, before we can supply a repeat prescription
payment is required prior to collection of medication and/or written prescriptions (including emailed ones)
A veterinarian must have examined your pet recently for us to legally prescribe most medications. In most cases, your pet will need to have been seen within the last 6–12 months, depending on the medication and condition.
Requests are reviewed by a vet before approval.
Please allow 2–3 working days for processing (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
Some requests may require a check-up before a prescription can be issued.
Controlled drugs cannot be dispensed without a valid prescription and may have shorter review periods.

PLEASE NOTE written prescriptions cost £14 PER prescription

Legally, we must have an up-to-date clinical assessment of your pet before certain medicines can be prescribed.
You may request a written prescription to obtain the medication from another supplier (a fee may apply).
Prices for medications and dispensing fees will be provided upon approval of your request.
Controlled drugs have additional legal requirements.
If your pet’s condition changes, stop the medication and contact us immediately.
